Sign-ins open at 5:30 PM

First team sorts at 6:30 PM

Every Rider Must Fill out a registration form for themselves even if their teammate listed them as a partner (let us know at check in if your partner paid for both of you.​

​$7/run per rider or $55/10 runs per rider

Single riders are welcome and will be paired up at the event

​Pre-registration opens the beginning of each Sorting week and closes at 3:00 pm on Sorting Fridays. Please remember to check in at the booth as soon as you arrive, even if you are pre-registered! 

 

​'In person' registrations begin at 5:30 pm the evenings of Sorting.

REMEMBER!! EVERY MEMBER MUST VOLUNTEER FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS PER INDIVIDUAL OR TEN HOURS PER FAMILY ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR ANY END OF YEAR AWARDS!!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If you are interested in judging or helping with sign-ups, but you aren't sure how it's done or if you're qualified, we can send you all the info you need to get started. Judging is both fun and rewarding, and you don't have to leave your horse at home! We will accommodate you by giving you ride times outside of your volunteer time. 

 

You can also volunteer at any of our Club events, just ask a Board Member. Please reach out to our Sorting Administrators with questions.
